Thank you for sharing this. I actually went to bed early last night because of a full blown panic attack which started because my uncertainty about the future. Reading this really helped me to identify the trigger.

  I’m sorry you had a panic attack, Dena. I hope you’re doing better now, and I’m glad that the quote helped a bit. Knowing the source of fear helps (for me) put it somewhat in perspective, though dealing with it is more complicated.
